Transcript Request Information

Official Transcripts are printed on tamper-proof security paper, which includes the signature of the Registrar and the Providence College Seal. These are authenticated documents as they are sent directly from Providence College to the recipient.

Unofficial Transcripts can be downloaded from Cyberfriar by current students or can be sent via encrypted email at the request of alumni. The Office of the Registrar will not release unofficial transcripts via email to third parties.

Important Information:

  • There is a limit of five (5) transcripts per month.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
