Official Transcript Ordering Options:
Official Transcripts are printed on tamper-proof security paper, and are sealed with the Registrar’s signature as well as the Providence College Seal. These are authenticated documents as they are sent directly from one institution to another. Providence College currently offers multiple options for ordering and delivering Official Transcripts. There is only a charge for the E-Transcripts (Option 1), which are provided by the National Student Clearinghouse and have a service charge of $3.90 per recipient.
Option 1 – E-Transcript
Providence College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide our current and former students with a 24/7 electronic transcript ordering service. Please select this option if you need an electronic official transcript sent out via email. See the NSC website for transcript ordering instructions. After submitting your NSC E-Transcript request, you can track the status using your order number: NSC Transcript Order Status.
Please Note: E-Transcript Delivery is ONLY available to students enrolled after 1988.
(LSAC, AMCAS, or SOPHAS: Please review your application portal for further instruction.)
