Undergraduate (UG) & Graduate (GR) Student Change of Grade Instructions

  1. For any grade changes that might occur once grades have been rolled but before the final grading deadline, please send an encrypted email containing the correct grade, class title and number, CRN, and student information to records@providence.edu. To encrypt an email, add the words “[PC-Encrypt]” to the subject line.
  2. NEW! Once the grading deadline has passed, faculty may submit an individual grade change for undergraduate and graduate students in any term (fall, winter, spring, and summer) by using the newly revised Individual Grade Change Form. 
  3. Please contact Dean Madeleine Metzler for grade changes specific to the remaining students of the SCE (EW level).
