Veterans Certification Worksheet
In order to expedite your certification for Veterans Benefits here at Providence College, we ask that you complete the Student Veteran’s Certification Worksheet, each semester that you wish to utilize your VA benefits.
Please make sure to sign the worksheet once completed. Return it to the VA Certifying Official, Yvonne Arruda, by email at records@providence.edu. Please include the words “[PC-Encrypt]” in the email’s subject line to ensure that your message is sent securely.
