For Change of Major/Minor

PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING A MAJOR, ADDING A DOUBLE MAJOR, OR MINOR:

Students should download and complete an Academic Program Adjustment Form, obtain the appropriate signatures, then please return the completed form: in person at the Office of the Registrar, Harkins Hall 310.

New students should download and complete a New Student Change of Major Form*, and return the complete form: Please return the completed form: in person or by mail at the Office of the Registrar, Harkins Hall 310, by fax at 401-865-1899, or by email at scheduling@providence.edu.

Students interested in declaring a business major, who are not currently business majors, are required to attend a mandatory PCSB Declaration Session by emailing pcsb@providence.edu. More details can be found at the School of Business Declaration Process.

*Note: This form is ONLY for incoming freshmen.
