For Change of Major/Minor
PROCEDURES FOR CHANGING OR ADDING A MAJOR OR MINOR, INCLUDING A DOUBLE MAJOR ARE BELOW.
New Students Only:
New students should download and complete a New Student Change of Major Form*, and return the completed form: Please return the completed form: in person or by mail at the Office of the Registrar, Harkins Hall 310, by fax at 401-865-1899, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Note: This form is ONLY for incoming freshmen or new transfer students.
Current Students Only:
Students should download and complete a Change of Major/Minor Form (Academic Program Adjustment), obtain the appropriate signatures, then please return the completed form: in person at the Office of the Registrar, Harkins Hall 310.
Students interested in declaring a business major, who are not currently business majors, are required to attend a mandatory PCSB Declaration Session by emailing email@example.com. More details can be found at the School of Business Declaration Process.
